I've asked myself these questions. Yes, even being a Fitness Professional for over 2 decades and counting, in the early 2000s there were several high stress events in my life and I lost my passion and pushed down my feelings and emotions. I also had a gym membership and I was still teaching my regular classes but not working too hard. And still not eating as well as I could have. I had friendships with weird and underwhelming individuals which lowered my vibration to the height of a park bench..!
Then one day, after being told by my Dr. that my Blood Pressure was kind of high, she told me that she’d give me a month to see what I could do to make some changes. Or – she’d put me on pills..
THAT moment is when I woke up....!
I wanted to become a much stronger person physically and mentally. I turned 50 years old in 2019. I made a promise to myself a few years earlier that I would put myself on a strong path towards re-shaping my body and re-wiring my brain so that I could form better habits and be in better shape than those I knew who where roughly in my age bracket, give or take.
My goal is to live longer and stronger.
I HELP WOMEN IN THEIR 40s-60s FALL IN LOVE WITH FITNESS.
Leading their way back to feeling stronger mentally, emotionally & physically.
I have been there myself and I know those struggles.

- I did not want to be put on pills, I didn't want to end up like so many people I knew who ate poorly because they didn't have the energy to buy healthy food and prepare it.
- I did not want to waste a beautiful day or weekend sitting around watching Netflix on a sunny day.
- I did not want to live with daily low vibrational energy.
