A Happiness Quotient Inventory This is a tool that I use to help me stay focused on my goals.
There is a list of aspects to look at, you rate them on a scale from 1-10 where you feel you are right now. Then write down a goal in the category. You'll see a time frame for which you'd like to accomplish the goal. Lastly, add up your score from all the aspects which will be out of 100. >> It's not written in stone! You may make any changes that you need at any time. And if you should not happen to reach a goal by the time you've set for yourself, re-set it. Don't stress yourself. It is a Word Doc so you can expand the columns to add what you need.
