You'll learn a wide variety of ways to keep fit or become fitter using common household items and the surroundings that you're in. Multi- joint movement will give you LOTS of "bang for your buck!" Training mostly standing instead of sitting down being at rest while only working one muscle group at a time. Build strength, gain better mobility and flexibility faster. And it's FUN!
